We have had a storage unit with Clover Hill Self Storage for over ten years, and at an other time 3 years, never once late with a payment. The previous owner was kind and very reasonable with his prices as he appreciated his long term, and on time paying customers. We had one increase with Carroll in 8 years and since these new people, I believe we're on the third increase. Yep, were going to make new arrangements.
